About Our Project

INCLUSION HAND IN HAND WITH ENVIRONMETAL EDUCATION ETWINNING PROJECT 2025-2026 INTRODUCTION
Protecting nature means protecting ourselves and ensuring that our future generations can live in a safer, healthier, more peaceful and sustainable world. As teachers, we believe that raising environmentally responsible citizens is not only an educational duty but also a humanitarian and moral responsibility. Actually, it is a clear and undeniable fact that the schools can provide the most fruitful contexts to build environmental consciousness for students coming from diverse backgrounds (needs and skills). As Inclusion Hand in Hand with Environmental Education Project team, we believe that Today’s students (children) will shape Tomorrow’s World and Mother Earth need and belongs to all of us. By applying and environmental education methodology and engaging our students in meaningful eco-friendly tasks, we aim to build a generation which is aware, active, and united in protecting our world. In our project, we aim to equip our every single student regardless of their profiles with the knowledge and skills to cope with the environmental problems and become green heroes of their own (and our common) future. Besides environmental education, we also aim to achieve inclusive teaching and learning methodology by ensuring equal participation for all learners in the project tasks and activities. In fact, environmental topics naturally invite inclusive learning and it has a unifying power, where every student can contribute and be part of a shared mission by taking actions at their own levels through cooperation, respect and empathy.
